REVO STAGE 2 SOFTWARE
The key to unlocking the full potential of your Mustang, Revo Software utilises the efficiency of each Revo Hardware upgrade to increase power and torque, as well as overall drivability.
ENHANCED POWER DELIVERY
Packed full of features such as Temperature Protection and Increased Rev Limiter, Revo Stage 2 Software knocks a whole second of the 0-60mph but that’s not all. The increased midrange and top end is phenomenal, and makes it a much more rewarding car to drive; and It’s quick too, more responsive and has a much broader power band. With the Stage 2 Performance Pack it’s now a fun, quick and very capable car, with more torque than the stock 5.0 V8.
The Revo Intercooler upgrade for the Mustang lowers intake air temperatures, minimises pressure drop and allows the engine to produce impressive power and torque increases.
Increasing core volume is one of the most effective ways of maximising cooling capability, heat transfer surface area and time-of-exposure for both the ambient and charge air. In this case, the engine bay footprint is the limiting factor in enlarging core volume. By utilising unique core geometry, the core volume was expanded by 184%, helping significantly reduce IAT (Intake Air Temperatures) whilst maintaining a pressure drop almost equal to the stock cooler.
INTERCOOLER PIPE UPGRADE
Designed to increase power and reduce lag by replacing the restrictive stock pipework. This upgrade reduces restriction, allowing the turbo to perform more effectively at any level of tuning.
A 47% larger inner diameter throughout the single piece mandrel bent aluminium pipe reduces flow resistance. This puts more energy into the compression cycle of the turbo, allowing more boost to be made faster and improving low RPM power. The Helmholtz resonator has been removed, eliminating a major source of air turbulence while also enhancing turbo acoustics.
AIR INTAKE SYSTEM
The Revo air intake system for the Mustang offers impressive power and torque increases by replacing the restrictive standard system.
This kit features flush fit internals to promote smooth transition of air between the silicone and aluminium pipe, reducing turbulence. It also features CNC machined couplers, built in to the pipe to take the OE DV pipe and vacuum pipe, precision machined for accurate and secure fitting and anodised black.
